Comment: I needed to find a cleaning service that could help deep clean of my parents home after a family emergency. They came to my parents home to do a free estimate with my mother and treated her with kindness, patience and upmost respect. They fully understood my situation and didnâ t pressure me to commit to them. Three days before I realized I needed them they managed to fit my tight schedule. When they arrived they got straight to work and didnâ t seem at all concerned with what I felt was a herculean task. We worked together with a positive attitude and they always checked in with me before making any big decisions. The work was a lot bigger than even the estimate could have predicted but what was accomplished was amazing and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. I wanted to just do a deep clean and be done but the efficiency of their work and the respect they gave my elderly mother gives me the upmost confidence that they can come back weekly to maintain the cleanliness of my family's home.

Comment: Wesley and his team provided excellent cleaning and service. Wes came out for a free estimate to assess the cleaning that our home would need. I told him our concerns and rooms that would be needing cleaning and we worked together to develop a plan that worked for our family. A few days later, Wesley’s cleaning crew (a team of two women) came by in the afternoon, and did a wonderful job cleaning our kitchen, bathroom, hallway/stairs, and two bedrooms. When I arrived home, the home smelled great, and they managed to make our dusty house clean again. They were able to make sense of my brothers room, which previously looked as though a hurricane had hit it. I have not seen the floor of my brother’s room in years, and it looked and smelled great! The kitchen and bathroom look better than they have in years. I will definitely consider using Wesley and his service for cleaning the rest of my house in the future.

Comment: We have had one whole house cleaning so far and everything was explained and done well. We have original hard wood floors and Murphy's Oil soap was used, which is my preference, but it was made clear that if I had another preference for anything, they would do their best to honor it. Wes is very responsive and was present the entire time for the first cleaning. Regarding price, I had a second estimate by a larger company that had similarly excellent reviews and was local to Wayne, and they were within five dollars of each other. We will eventually sign up for biweekly or monthly cleaning.

Comment: After a surgery I knew I needed to find reliable house cleaners. After looking at online reviews I chose Bright Cleaning. The same day I contacted them I received an email from Wesley. He came out the very next day and explained what their services would provide. Wesley and his staff arrived on time, a few days later cleaned everything exactly as described and I could not be happier. Since there were a total of 3 working together, everything was cleaned quickly and beautifully. They are all so pleasant, I was happy to hire them for more cleaning visits. The prices were very reasonable. And I was very pleased with everything they did. I would recommend Bright Cleaning to any of my family and friends.

Comment: I was shocked when I saw how spotless everything was! I typically don't have cleaners come to my house because of the length of time they are here. But with Bright Cleaning they bring 2 or more people and knock it out quickly! What one cleaner might miss...the other one picks up. All cleaners are different so having 2 people...then 4 in my house left my home in perfect condition in 1/2 of the time! I highly recommend Wesley and his diverse employees to anyone!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Despite the fact that I only have a temporary need, Wesley has been very flexible and has made time in their busy schedule to come to our house to clean, He has been extremely responsive and continually asks for feedback, inquiring if there is anything else or different that I'd like from them. They offer two different kinds of service - a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning service. I choose the regular cleaning and have been very happy with their service and overall positive attitude! Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for someone in our area.
